Our custom door service covers non-standard sizes, bespoke laminate finishes, real wood veneers, vision panel placement, ironmongery selection and acoustic performance, all engineered within compliance limits. This service is particularly useful for hospitality, healthcare and heritage projects with unusual openings or strict design intent.
Our in-house carpenters build feature joinery, built-in wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, vanity tops, TV consoles, reception counters and bespoke storage for both residential and commercial spaces. The same craftsmanship that goes into our fire rated and timber doors goes into every piece we build.

Where installation is required, we visit the site to confirm openings, frame condition, swing direction and access. This step makes sure the quote and the lead time are realistic.
You receive an itemised quotation. Once approved, we lock in production and schedule delivery and installation around your project programme.
Doors are produced in our workshop with consistent quality control. Deliveries are coordinated with site readiness so doors do not sit unprotected.
